The liquor is mixed with a soft cream, which is covered by a very thin layer of dark chocolate The Sweet truffles are produced using a very special hazelnut, the IGP Piemonte Hazelnut (Protected Geographical Identity), also called the “sweet and round hazelnut of the Langhe”. It grows in a very small region on the steep hills around the little town of Cortemilia. Because of its sweetness, it is considered the best hazelnut variety in Italy. Langotti are delicious chocolate pralines filled with a soft chocolate and liquor cream.
