Description:

Delicious pralines with the irregular shape of the truffle. They are completely hand made. We use the precious IGP Piemonte hazelnuts. TheMoscato wine cream is a sweet cream to embellish desserts and it is excellent as topping on cakes, biscuits and fruit. The Sweet truffles are produced using a very special hazelnut, the IGP Piemonte Hazelnut (Protected Geographical Identity), also called the “sweet and round hazelnut of the Langhe”. It grows in a very small region on the steep hills around the little town of Cortemilia. Because of its sweetness, it is considered the best hazelnut variety in Italy.
