Ingredients for 4 people 4 slices of bread 4 eggs olive oil salt 4 tsp. Bouquet(Tartuflanghe's truffle butter)75g Preparation Melt the truffle butter with 1 tbsp. of normal butter in a saucepan. Then fry the eggs in the saucepan. Add salt. Taost the bread and place it on the serving dish. Arrange the truffle egg on the crostini bread. Serve it while hot
