Cooking instruction
Ingredients for 4 people: : 300g very fresh veal meat 200g fresh porcini mushrooms 2tbsp Tartuflanghe extra virgin olive oil with Truffle Mustard Olive oil Lemon juice salt and pepper Preparation: : Chop the meat with a sharp knife and dress it with olive oil, some lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. of mustard, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients together with the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Before serving the dish, garnish it with the porcini mushrooms and dress with some drops of the truffle oil.
