Ingredients for 4 people: 16 fresh asparagus 1 jar of Tartuflanghe's Cheese Fondue with Truffle 180g Preparation: Wash the asparagus and cut the white parts of the stalk. Bring a pot full of water to a boil and cook the asparagus for about 10 minutes. Drain the asparagus very cerefully and arrange them on the serving dish while hot. In a little pot, pour the cheese fondue and warm it for 2 to minutes. Pour the hot fondue cheese on the asparagus and serve immediately, while hot.
