Cauliflower crostini with salsa caterinaAppertizer
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people : 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets 2tbsp of salt 3 tbsp of Salsa Caterina 8 slices crusty Italian bread 1 clove garlic, cut in half Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Cooking instruction
Add the salt and the cauliflower, and cook until very tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the cauliflower very well, and place it in a large bowl. Add the"Salsa Caterina" and mash well with a fork. Meanwhile, toast the bread, and rub with garlic. Arrange the bread on a platter, and spread the cauliflower mixture into each slice. Buon appetito !
