Cooking instruction
Ingredients for 4 people: 2 ripe pears 0,5 pound (200gr) of Parmigiano in one thick pieces 2 tbsp of Honey with White Truffle Slice the pears in half, and remove the cores. Dice the pears and Parmigiano cheese. Alternate the pears dice and cheese dice on wooden skewers. Add a drops of Honey with White truffle for each dice of Parmigiano, and serve. Buon appetito!
