Ingredients for 4 people: 4 fresh eggs 1 tbs. Tartuflanghe “Bouquet” Tartuflanghe Truffle Butter Butter & Salt Preparation: In a little pot, melt 2 tbs. butter and 2 teasp. truffle butter Add 1 pinch of salt. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. In 4 little separate pyrex dish, place the melted butter at the bottom and then lay the fresh eggs. Place the eggs in the oven and cook for about 2 minutes. Serve them while hot, topping each egg yolk with ½ teaspoon of truffle butter
