Ingredients for 4 people : 3 tbsp olive oil 4 beef flank steaks 180g Tartuflanghe Porcini Mushroom Sauce salt and freshly ground pepper Preparation: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Season the flank steaks with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Sauté until the steaks are cooked through. Add the sauce. Cover for about 10 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon. Serve the steaks with the sauce on top
