Cooking instruction
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices of chicken breast 1 jarSugo Scarpetta by Tartuflanghe 1 fresh mozzarella olive oil salt Preparation: In a large saucepan, warm 3 tabsp olive oil and cook the chicken breast for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Turn the meat in order to cook it by both sides. Then, pour the jar of Scarpetta sauce in the pan together with the meat and cook it for about 2 minutes. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place them on each slices of chicken breast. Cook it for another two minutes, until the mozzarella is melted. Serve the meat with the Scarpetta sauce and the mozzarella cheese on top.
