Cooking instruction
Ingredients: 200 gr flour 2 eggs 200 ml milk 200 ml hot water 2 tbsp olive oil ½ teasp. salt 1 recipe Special Bechamel (see in the recipe list). Preparation: In a food processor, combine the flour, the salt and the eggs. Pour the mix in a bowl and add the milk, the water and the oil slowly to prevent lumps from forming. Put the mix in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. In a little pan, melt 1 teasp.butter and pour 1 ladle of the mix. Cook the crespelle by both sides. Prepare 1 recipe of Special Bechamel and fill the crepelles.
