Cooking instruction
Ingredients for 4 people 80g fresh basil 1 pack Tartufissima - Mushrooms and Truffle by Tartuflanghe 20 G Italian pine seedsbr> 2 tbsp Butter 1/2 garlic clove 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil br> 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese salt Preparation: Toast the pine seeds in a little sauce pan on a low flame. Wash the basil leaves and cut them in thin strips. Place the basil in a little strainer, squeeze it and keep the water in a glass. In a large saucepan, brown the garlic in the melted butter, adding the basil juice. Cook the tagliatelle in 1 litre of boiling water for about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the past and keep 1 glass of cooking water. Place the tagliatelle in the saucepan, add the pine seeds, the basil strips and the extra virgin olive oil. Toss the pasta for 1 mitute and serve immediately. Add some greated parmesan cheese.
