Ingredients for 4 people 300g melting cheese(fontina, mozzarella, toma o groviera) 2 eggs bread crumbs oil for frying salt 250g Ready Polenta with Mushrooms and Truffle by Tartuflanghe Preparation: cook the polenta following the instructions on the box. Pour it in a large pyrex dish. Allow the polenta to cool. Then, cut the preparation and the cheese into cubes. Make up the spiedini with the polenta and the cheese. Bread them in the eggs and in the bread and fry them. Serve the spiedini while hot as appetizer or with stewed and braised meat.
